Our second Risotto because one is just never enough!
We start with the same rich and creamy white risotto base loaded with parmesan cheese and combine it with fresh Bell peppers medley, sweet peas, spring onions and zucchini seasoned with italian herbs. All freeze-dried separately for that fresh veggies flavors and texture. Just like its other sibling enjoy it on its own or make it a pairing with some Shrimp cooked over the campfire. yum!
